Miller's Interview Reveals DataArt's attraction for Russian Talent10 ноября 2004
 Alexei Miller, DataArt's director of Project management, was quoted by the Securities Industries News on key Russian outsourcing issues.
In her article "Tech Offshoring Off the Beaten Path," Maria Trombly covers offshoring industry newcomers and the benefits and disadvantages of several major offshoring industry zones including China, Russia, and South Africa.
While talking about outsourcing to Russia, Alexei Miller described DataArt's approach to human resource management and head-hunting while searching for a qualified work force within the offshore zone. Many highly qualified Russian programmers went to the US to work for large IT corporations. So the opportunity of being hired by a secure, comfortable and reliable offshoring company is the chance for many of them to go home.
