DataArt launches Outsourcing to Russia site

We at DataArt realize these questions are very difficult for consumers to answer. We have, therefore, made an attempt to help outsourcers by providing some useful information on Russia. The launch of such a site seems to be very timely indeed. For while DataArt was working on its idea to address the challenges and advantages of Outsourcing to Russia, the consortium of RUSSOFT and Fort-Ross Associations also created a new site dealing with the same issues!
